My new go to for exercising outside
Pros: - Seal is better than AirPods 2 - Noise cancellation is even more effective in a real world scenario if you’re in a full noisy Starbucks it’s quiet - AirPods themselves last longer - Has language interpretation - Water protection has improved Cons: - Case is slightly bigger and doesn’t last as long - If you liked the physical sync button it’s now touch instead - AirPods sound better but I’m probably one of the few that enjoyed the AirPods Pro 2 fit better since now you have to angle them it feels slightly intrusive to me

Stolen from inside package
I received a tampered package with nothing inside. The original target tape had been torn open and clear tape was placed on top to seal the package. Target will not refund me. I have filed a police report. Never buying a high value item from them online again.

Opened the box on Xmas Eve to find no AirPods and the box was full of brown sugar.

The AirPods were already opened. Whoever purchased this last taped the box up. This was supposed to be a Christmas gift! Arrived after Christmas when it was supposed to be delivered on December 24th

Disaster with customer service. Simply awful.
One of the most unpleasant customer service experiences I’ve had in a long time. What should have been a simple request—canceling a protection plan after returning an item to the store—turned into a frustrating and exhausting ordeal. I was repeatedly transferred from one agent to another, placed on hold, disconnected, and given completely contradictory information. Different representatives seemed unaware of proper procedures and contradicted each other at every step. Eventually, I was told that the store employee should have processed the protection plan refund at the time of return and failed to do so. However, instead of taking responsibility for this mistake, the agent still suggested that it might somehow be my fault for not explaining clearly enough that I needed refunds for both the product and the protection plan. The lack of consistency, accountability, and basic professionalism was shocking. For a company of this size, this level of customer service is simply unacceptable. Very disappointing experience.

Empty package received
I purchased an airpod pro for chrismas and when the package was delivered, there was nothing in the box. I contacted costumer service to report the issue and the representative told me that i wouldn't get a refund.

Sporadic severe robotic/echoing distortion during phone calls
The AirPods Pro (3rd generation) frequently produce a severe robotic/echoing distortion during phone calls, often making it impossible at times. The issue is sporadic but persistent—exactly the same unresolved problem that affected the AirPods Pro 2. Apple is reportedly aware of this defect yet chose to release the new model without fixing it. For a premium product at this price point, basic phone call functionality should work flawlessly every time. As it stands, taking calls with these earbuds is frustrating and unreliable. Apple, please resolve this critical issue immediately or stop shipping products with such a fundamental flaw.

You don't have to carry the case anymore!
I love that you don't have to take the case with you anymore. The sound is incredible. I made it so only the right earpiece functions as a microphone in this way when I run out of battery the left one last about 30 minutes longer than the right allowing me to put the right one in the case to charge and then switch to the left one if I'm an emergency situation and I'm using my headphones all day. Not having a button on the front it's just one less distraction. I like that I can take him in them in the shower with me when I'm not washing my hair. Living in the city and being around a lot of different noises when I'm walking on the streets it's really nice being able to enable the noise cancellation when something loud happens like a loud bike or somebody playing annoying music that I don't wanna hear.

Hearing Aids and more Ipod Pro 3s
Only reason I switched from Beats to Apple IPod Pro 3s is due to these having a much better hearing aid capabilities. Everything about these new Ipod Pro 3s is worth every penny.

It arrived open and may have been used.
Don't buy this item here. They'll send you an opened case. Someone opened my EarPods; the box arrived damaged and open. Target doesn't allow returns, so be careful and don't waste your money at this store. Buy them directly from Apple.
