Good bass
The bass is crazy. The noise cancelling is decent. I like the features of volume adjusting, and press control because I used to have 2nd generation AirPods, and these ones are way better. Nice improvement.

Not authentic
I ordered a pair of AirPods and I received an unauthentic pair. Someone must have switched the real ones out with fake ones and returned them. I had to jump through hoops to get the problem resolved but eventually I was able to get a refund. Customer service made me feel crazy for a mistake they made. I could not believe this situation, I have never had this happen before. I was able to buy another pair that was authentic, however, I would personally not buy them from Target again. The safer bet is to simply go to Apple instead. Buyer beware! I’d rather pay full price than have to waste 3 hours on the phone and speaking to different stores about a problem Target caused. Fake airpods are on the left, real on the right.

Poor Packaging!!
Received in the mail in a huge box with no bubble wrap or padding on any kind!!! Just practically thrown in there and thrown all around by the delivery driver, corners of the box dented and all. Very poor service. Do better Target!!!

Beware of opened packages.
I ordered the Apple earbuds a couple of days ago when I received it in the mail today it looks like the box is open and it looks like it was tossed around the truck a couple of times very disappointed with target they should do better than this

honestly, just go to the apple store
I bought these a few days ago, I was worried because I did read that Target can supply fakes but I took a chance. I inspected the box thoroughly (it was sealed) and gave it a shot. Unfortunately my voice echoed on calls and I heard crackling staticky noise when using them. I took it to the Genius Bar at the Apple Store instead of back to Target even though I was within the return window and they tested them and showed that the test failed and just replaced both AirPods for free! So honestly, if they’re on sale and you buy them from Target, you should take them to be tested at the Apple Store and maybe you can get a brand new pair from the Apple Store for Target prices. Target should be doing better quality control, this is terrible. I can’t complain too much I guess.

Great earbuds at a good price
They are comfortable and work so well with my set up of Apple products. This is my third pair. I use them all day long for my zoom meetings and they’re great. I have multiple pairs so I can switch them out when the run out of charge.
