Walmart guarantees that every TV, soundbar, headset, or video game purchased from our storefront is 100% genuine and brand new (unless explicitly marked as "Refurbished" in the product title). We are an authorized retailer for top consumer electronics brands.
2. MANUFACTURER’S WARRANTY Because we sell certified, authentic tech, all new electronic devices are covered by a full, official manufacturer’s warranty (typically 1 year in the US).
- This warranty covers internal hardware defects and software failures that occur during normal use.
- Should your device fail months after purchase, you can contact the brand's official customer support (e.g., Sony, Microsoft, LG) directly, using your receipt from our store as valid proof of purchase for warranty repairs.
3. DEAD ON ARRIVAL (DOA) POLICY If you unbox your new device and find that it will not power on or has a critical factory defect right out of the box:
- You must notify us within 48 hours of delivery.
