I received a black printer instead of the white one listed - I tried to get it to work via wireless as well as plugged into USB cable to my computer and it just wont print. It didnt even print the test page. I am trying to send it back but have to wait approval - REALLY? it doesnt work and they expect me to keep it? Not happy with this at all

It seems no matter how much we spend on a printer it lasts only 1-2 years. So this time I purchased a cheap 30 dollar printer instead of spending hundreds. It was easy to hook up, works with all our computers and devices in the house. It is a little slow and it doesnt do 2 sided printing, but for how much I spent I feel its a great bargain. Very happy with the printer and HPs instant ink prgram.

Perfect print. The on-board buttons did not allow me to connect to my router. I had to connect via usb cable and then set up the wireless and then unplug the cable to make it wireless. By then Windows 10 had installed a driver for the usb connection and a driver for the wireless connection. After figuring out which one was which, I had to uninstall the usb connection to avoid confusion.

After resolving product/description/shipping issues, I found the setup to be quite easy and quick. I have my smartphone, my laptop and my tablet connected with no problems.

So far, so good. Ink color isnt as vibrant as I would hope, but not terrible. Good price and product.

Works perfectly and wirelessly with my iPad. Easy to set up. Didnt even need the installation CD.

No ink, so I cant test it until I spend the money to get Ink that it should have come with. Also, the printer was obviously used, several blemishes and scratches. not impressed at all...

Works good with my Chromebook ,,using it on USB hookup...Easiest one I have ever owned to hookup & use on WI-FI
