The unit stopped charging after two months. In response to my request for assistance, I received a generic response encouraging me to contact the manufacturer. Contact numbers were not even offered - I dont even know if an actual human being fielded my request. I wont be buying anything from Ocean Reef Electronics again.
I need a basic laptop for web surfing and emails only. This laptop stopped working after 3 days very minimal used. Im so disappointed anf upset!
WTF Im not sure how this device has any stars if I could give negative ones I would. I received this today. Charged it. TODAY. In the half hour Ive used it, it has frozen 3x. And glitched out blacking out the screen a few times. Currently its frozen on the screen to log into my email account. Thats how far I made it. Step one. After days of reviewing Chromebook after Chromebook I ended up with this hunk of junk waste of my time. Returning tomorrow. Beyond furious. The only benefit would be that its only a few hours old so hopefully I wont have a problem with the refund process.
