Expensive, very good product if you get lucky and win the razer lottery, high chance of getting duds from them, Thoroughly examine your laptop for any defects, send back and return until you have a model that performs and looks as it should. Do not buy without warranty.

Just received the laptop today, so this is my initial take and may update later. The laptop was well packaged and booted quickly. Windows did its short setup. The screen was noticeably bright, as were the keyboard lights. I applied the latest Windows Updates and restarted a few times. Everything went well and felt buttery smooth.

I ended up return this item because of an audio defect. PROs 1. Slim 2. Quite 3. Good for Gaming and Rendering 4. 240 HZ Screen is Amazing Cons 1. Low Storage Space 512GB is nothing to a gamer 2. Finger Print Magnet 3. Battery Life is Horrible Maybe 45 minutes to an Hour. Gaming kills FPS while on Battery 4. Very Very Expensive 5. Low RAM for Price (Should be at least 32GB) 6. Audio (Speakers are Great) There is a major problem with the audio on my unit where it was cracking and having interference.

Great build quality and good battery life, No complaints at all. Although it is pricey I have no regrets at all, it is a beast!

Wow. Seriously the best laptop on the market right now IMO. Fast, light, and great for gaming. It runs a bit hot at first but do a bit of undervolting and the Nvidia and Razer software will definitely help. Works great for photo editing as well just need a dongle for it.

I bought a $4000 machine from Razer in 2017 and 3 lemons later, I still dont have a working computer out of the box. Now theyve ghosted me via email. Razer relies on YT personalities to keep Gish Galloping out new trash so that their core gamergate audience that props them up will keep buying and subsidizing the next biannual ship. Drivers dont work, devices fall apart, my computer needs to be removed from my back with a hoodie as an oven mitt because I never know when it will wake from sleep on its own. Their CEO is so obsessed with playing to the memelords with drivel like an energy drink and toaster that they dont bother to actually QA their drivers. VIP support has been useless and now theyve ghosted me entirely and Dear Leader Min-Liang Tian blocked me across socials. Do not buy Razer products. Anything but Razer.

Great product, loving it so far, however, if you are a studnet or military memebr, you can get 10% off if purchased at the microsoft store (online or physical location)
