It looked good opening the box but that was all has been good about this experience. During initial setup it could not connect wirelessly to my home network, and after setup it still would not connect. I was able to download the correct driver for the wireless adapter, but still could not get a desktop speedtest to ping or locate a server to bounce off of. When i contacted HP they said the software warranty had expired back in February and for them to help I would hav to pay out of pocket the cost of upgrading the software warranty. What a waste of my time, I should be compensated an hourly wage for all this bullshit. Fraudulent practies or what I am no sure, one thing is certain NEVER will I get anything from this group. You record serial numbers, maybe you need to be recording cellblock numbers

I did not buy this to run a bunch of operating systems. Just a simple lap top to watch movies and take care of on line business. Perfect for that.

Delivery was very fast. Arrived in perfect condition. I need to use tech support, but havent yet. I wish now I had paid for expert setup, as Windows 10 is very different than 7. I love the laptop, but having trouble setting up.

This really isnt a quality machine. Price is good, but components just are not quality. I have had this laptop for about a year and I am already shopping for something else. My hard drive is about half full and the system just cannot handle basic functions. Opening a video file often freezes and connectivity with wifi is spotty.

Great labtop for everyday uses. Cannot play high end video games but will play few old ones that does not put heavy burden on the labtop. The screen is not most vivid but will do the job. Touch screen feels good enough if you are using your labtop in the bed. Battery life is decent, although I am bit concerned about the fact that the battery is not easily replaceable. Good labtop to purchase for casual users who need light reliable labtop for work and school.

With 1tb of space, a hard drive and great resolution, I have everything I need for a home computer! Since I spend many hours daily using it, its important for me to have a good, reliable product.
