Seems to be a very good laptop, I am writing this review on it. I have had it for approx. one month. This is my first laptop with touchscreen, dont use touchscreen much old habits with mouse. Seems to run very quiet and fast. I think it is well worth the money.

Stay away!!! I only use this laptop a few times a week. 6 months in began randomly restarting resulting in lost time and work. Contacted Amazon and they told me to contact HP- they do not stand behind their products. Major hassle for the customer. Buyer beware!

This must be a joke as a flagship. The amount of bloatware is crazy not to mention the need to enter a cell # to get past the hp screen,...... Returned 2 hours after opening the box, and tech support was useless.
