I have used Macs for as long as I can remember so switching to a windows pc was strange at first. After a few days, the windows system makes perfect sense. I’m not very tech savvy as far as pc specs go, but I know this laptop performs better than the MacBook airs and MacBook pros I have used in the past and is significantly cheaper. The laptop is fast and does everything I need it to. The touch screen works great and it is very convenient. The keyboard is very nice. The fabric-type material used is something that took some getting used to but it feels nice while using it. Be careful not to use it after eating greasy foods or anything that can stain. The laptop feels extremely well made. My favorite thing about this laptop is that it does not use much or any battery when it goes to sleep. This is very convenient for me because I am not constantly using my laptop. 1 charge can last me a week of light use such as streaming shows before bed or checking social media. If you are a student and have an email that ends with .edu I would highly recommend creating an account with Microsoft office. It is very quick to do and with that email, you can get 4 years of free Microsoft office. Overall, this is a great laptop and it serves all of my needs.

Completely useless, the screen shuts off every couple seconds, keyboard and track pad does not work half the time. Please buy from another company. It is worth the extra money. You will be dissatisfied. Will be returning. I added a star because of the good customer service that I received.

Loved the screen on the device and the overall aesthetics. No serious problems with performance though Chrome would stutter every now and then. They keyboard travels a bit too much for my liking as I prefer chiclet style and would end up missing keystrokes. Windows Hello is a dream to use - making sign-in SO much faster. I dont understand why Apple doesnt employ this on their Macbooks since they already have facial recognition on iPhones. Theyll probably save that for the "next big upgrade" cycle along with a minor bump in power and another year of that god awful butterfly keyboard. (mini-rant over) Anywho, I did end up returning this because I realized I became paranoid about the cloth material on the inside. I have an almost OCD-like paranoia when it comes to caring for expensive electronics and the fact that I had to worry about the oils of my hands dirtying this made the experience very unenjoyable. I didnt like how glossy the screen was and couldnt use it in various lighting situations, but it is very beautiful so thats a sacrifice. I also did NOT like the single USBA port and proprietary charging cable.... get with the times Microsoft. I opted for a cheaper aluminum Chromebook (Acer Chromebook 514), and I dont have to worry about dirtying it. It does everything I need it to do since I have a gaming PC for more intensive tasks (and charges via USBC! - something the surface laptop still cannot do). If you prefer a full fledged windows laptop, this is the one to get though. Top notch build quality.... just disliked the alcantara material on the inside, outdated I/O, and charging cable.

Ive always been skeptical of buying certified refurbished electronics but Im really satisfied with this product. I cant tell the difference between this one and a new Microsoft Surface laptop, which is great since I am team Microsoft over Apple. The seller is reputable as this product did come with a 1- year Microsoft warranty with 90-day tech support. Upon, setting it up I did experience a minor issue with the Microsoft updates but, it wasnt anything YouTube couldnt fix. But, I do need to mention that this product is sensitive to winter weather because, of the material it is made of. After taking mines to school with me in a computer bag it wouldnt turn back on and I was afraid I would have to return it after only having it for no more than 4-days. So, do be aware that you if you live a cold state and plan to travel with this product that you need to keep it warm.

I needed a lightweight laptop and this is perfect. The color is beautiful. The laptop looked like it was literally brand new. Even had plastic wrap on laptop and everything it was brand new. I love this laptop, not for the touchscreen, but for the laptop itself. The touchscreen does have a spot where it doesn’t really work, but sometimes it does. I really don’t care about the touchscreen because it’s not the purpose of this laptop anyway (I don’t even use touchscreen). (It’s not meant to be like a surface drawing laptop anyways lol). I love this laptop and it seems to be working great right now. It runs smoothly, but only time will tell. All in all it was a pretty good deal and I’m in love with this laptop.

Product described is exactly what came to me. Ordered it as a refurbished item— came as if it was still new... even smelled new! Only had it for 1 day. No problems. Will follow up in a few weeks to ensure no problems occur.

I purchased what was advertised as a factory refurbished laptop. I allowed it to charge and began using it with the laptop connected to a power source. I checked the status of the battery and the OS stated that it was at 100%. The moment the power was removed the laptop shut down. I performed tons of troubleshooting and software updates but it never functioned. Its hard to believe that testing was done prior to it being shipped.

If you need small, light and highly portable, this is it! Love this laptop. Perfect size. I don’t use space consuming programs nor did I need storage so the small drive didn’t matter. If you need lots of storage this may not be the one for you. Drive is relatively small by today’s standards.
