Beautifully designed laptop. The only (a very major) issue with this laptop is the storage space. The laptop comes with 32G and with everything right out of the box sums up to about 20G of memory taken. Installed Microsoft Office leaving about 7G of memory left. Within a day, Windows 10 wanted to update the version and tries to download over 10G of temporary data. The laptop refuse to update because of the lack of space and I was unable to create more space. Seems worthless if it cant even update and thats before I even used it for anything. Returned this item.

I love this laptop! I use it for school work and it gets the job done. I’m not a gamer or anything like that so storage is not an issue for me (as other reviewers have mentioned). If you want a basic computer for just the necessities, this is a great deal!

I am from Costa Rica, I was a little bit scared when placed order because it said that the laptop was refurbished, however I received it and I Can say that what I received is a new laptop!! Excellent product... seller highly recommended. Just tell you to remember that before buying you should check the articles description to make sure if the item is what you expect. Of course this laptop does not have enough memory (nevertheless, you can add an extra memory card). But if you are looking for laptop in which you can type at the bus, or any cramped place, this is the best... Im very happy with my purchase... Very good laptop considering the price. For someone who only needs Office and Internet tasks, it works perfectly fine and is quite quick. I recommend an SD card for storing documents, as the internal storage is very limited at only 32GB. I also recommend entirely disabling the Windows Update service as its entirely possible to fill the drive just with updates alone. Given these limitations, its a great budget machine.

Ive ordered 3 of these so far and they work perfectly for my needs (running video 24/7 on Store TVs). Problem is they are not at all refurbished, they are simply slapped in a box and re-shipped. Of the three Ive ordered, the first one had a bad power supply, another had a French bios with a system password making in unusable. No actual refurbishing company lets this slide, (PCRama in this case was the seller) so give it a thorough test and if youre lucky, youll have a nice little laptop on the cheap. FYI: If anyone is interested in upgrading the OS themselves, be warned that as of Dec 2018, Intel switched over to a new video driver method that does not work through windows update which simply kept repeating "best driver already installed". It required finding and downloading manually installed drivers to replace the generic Microsoft display driver and getting HDMI out and GPU to actually do something.

Its a good laptop for the price, though I was surprised it has no network connection receptacle. It can only connect via a Wi-Fi network connection. It also has trouble loading Windows updates. But its a slim, light and attractive laptop that works well with my HP desktop and printer.

Lets get this out of the way first - no, it wont play Fortnite. No, it wont play Apex Legends. Plays a mean game of Angry Birds, though. However, if you just need a simple, lightweight laptop for email, web browsing or to transfer your porn collection to a USB drive, this is fine. Its a fairly stylish looking machine. Lightweight, with a somewhat cheap-feeling build, but good enough. The keyboard is actually rather nice, while the mousepad is semi-responsive (definitely get yourself a cheap mouse along with the laptop). Obviously storage is an issue, but you can run programs from USB drives, so youre definitely going to need some extra storage. I have several 64gb thumb drives, and have been running apps from them with no issue whatsoever. Also, theres a fair amount of bloatware included in the package, so if you jettison that, youll retrieve a fair amount of onboard storage. You can actually push this little laptop further than you might think. Ive downloaded a couple of games (Doki Doki Literature Club, the old Westwood Blade Runner adventure game) plus some streaming software (XSplit Broadcaster) and managed to live stream these games to YouTube with no issues. Obviously, neither of these is graphically intensive, but I was still surprised that it managed to run a game, streaming software AND stream in 720p to YouTube without a hitch. It has two USB 2.0 ports, one USB 3.0 port, an SD Card slot, which will also take Micro SD cards with an adapter (usually included when you buy a Micro SD card), headphone jack port, and an HDMI Out port. No ethernet port, so youre going to be connecting to the internet via Wi-Fi, or not at all. Basically, if you just need a cute little travel laptop for light duties, and you absolutely must have a Windows machine, as opposed to a Chromebook, then this is a decent choice. It wont blow you away with performance or build quality, but youre probably not going to feel ripped-off, either.

Got this laptop today. So far I love it. Its lightweight and easy to navigate. The only thing about it that I really hate is the SD card slot. The computer only comes with 4GB of memory so an SD card is necessary for added memory. But the card doesnt "click" into the slot like most I have encountered. It just slides in and out and isnt secure at all. It hangs out of the slot partially. I got the card to store all apps and programs on and now Im scared its going to fall out and get lost. If I tip the laptop on its side so the SD slot is facing the ground, all it takes is a good shake to dislodge the card. Please keep this in mind if you are like me and plan on storing everything on a SD card.
