Bought it for my niece for her freshman year at college. She uses it often and hasnt had any problems with it.

This computer is cosmetically nice looking but thats where it ends. It does not have enough RAM or Memory to complete tasks, download apps, or pretry much do anything else. It took almost 30min to 50min to download Google Chrome browser, Windows 10S kept giving me trouble, Its a useless computer and I will try to sell it soon to invest in a better PC. First and last Hp. Never again.

It was a little smaller than I normally like and doesnt have the side keypad. It works wonderfully but I have only downloaded Microsoft office so far and its already telling me that I need to free up space. Im only using it for college and it works well for that but if you want a laptop for fun, I would recommend something with more memory. It also had some sticky gunk on the top from the last owner and the charger has someones name on it but its a pretty good product for being preowned.

This is not a working computer. It appears to have too little RAM or ROM or speed to do what I expect of a normal computer -- use the internet, handle Microsoft Office. After a few days of use, it became so slow that I could not use it. I tried downloading my favored browser, Firefox, and that seemed to put the system off. I returned this machine (no problems) and bought another low-end HP that was more than twice as expensive (still only $400) but worked like a computer, not a fragile toy.

I ordered a total of 5 of these little computers, there great for young kids, way too slow for older kids or basic users. Other than that, my 3 younger kids beat the hell out of theres, drop them on the floor, knocks drinks and food on em, and my 6 year old has a tendacy to get pissed and smack it... they all still work... Great lol beginner computer....

I bought for my 11 yr old son, memory is horrible. When I wanted to return the computer... I had to erase multiple programs that were pre-installed just to free up enough space to do a factory reset. Return was fairly decent.

Windows 10 did an update and wiped everything out, I do not recommend windows 10 at all.
