Bought for my daughter to play games on. The windows 10 update took all of the memory on the computer. Had to buy an external hard drive and now works okay. Very slow, but gets the job done. I wont buy for this purpose but it would be great for web surfing as long as you dont need to save or download anything.

I like it for its lightness and solidstate hard drive. The last 3 computers I lost due to standard hard drive breaking. What pisses me off is that the hard Drive is 32GB which means I can barely run anything fortunately it has an SD card slot so I bought the largest capacity SD card I could get to put my data in it and some software I use often. I travel alot so wifi isnt always available to use ut as a purly cloud computing device. Not everyone lives in a megapolis with free wifi everywhere . If I could strip all the excess bloatware out of Win10 it would be perfect. Also the McAfee that was supposed to come with it, wasnt installed but when I downloaded it, that too was bloatware that was immediately removed. I went back to my standard streamlined antivirus/firewall package and now not a glitch. I also got rid of the ridiculous win10-s and went with the full Win-10 for better functionality. Its an economy class computer, so you get what you pay for. But with that in mind there are work arounds and improvements that can be made if you know a bit about computers.

I was worried cuz of the reviews but Im so glad I ordered it. Its light weight. Nothing busted and runs really fast with my internet. Im thinking of ordering another one for my son. This one doesnt have DVD slot. Which is fine with me. Im using it for work and it keeps up with everything I have to do. Works great with my printer and I couldnt be happier honestly. Thanks seller so very much. People also said something about the lighting on the screen and I have not had any problems so far. If you want a great computer at a great price. Order this one.

Bought this computer for my wife, just something simple to check email, basic websites. So far no lag time with downloads and responds well when operating with a couple of applications open. CON: Very annoying is the bloatware thats installed; I dont want Candy Crush or other applications installed on my computer that I never asked for.

Do you like being endlessly frustrated by your laptop? Then this is the one for you. So slow. Like. Ridiculously slow. I realize it doesnt have much memory but this is still too slow for words.

Purchased the laptop for my children and myself to complete reports, homework, surfing the web, pretty much clerical work. I have purchased a wireless mouse to go with it (because that is something I prefer to use). It doesnt have a lot of memory but it is enough for saving documents just not anything that has to use a lot of memory. Overall glad I purchased.

After getting a nice refurbished desktop, I am confident with refurbished unit purchase. This refurbished laptop is so convenient and lightweight. I like it. Even it is not a powerful laptop for gaming I could still get everything done fast enough. Great

The absolute best in this price range. However.... When buying this laptop...I suggest having an experienced tech wipe the hard drive and reinstall Windows. It turns out to be a very fast laptop. No eithernet port. No HDMI port. And no disc drive. So basically its as simple as you can get. Do no install Mcafee on this laptop. It comes pre-installed. Hence wiping the hard drive. Plus there isnt enough memory to preform the necessary upgrades to widows without that step. But after the few modifications,.... This is a very great Christmas gift. Exceeding my expectations by far.

This is not a powerful laptop. It has very little HD space, and its processor doesnt handle adding additional external drives well. Good for kids, not for getting any actual work done.

When I bought this I didn’t pay attention to how much memory it had, that’s my own fault. But I think it’s ridiculous that I had to buy a hard drive just to update. Even after uninstalling office and deleting every one of my files I still didn’t have enough space.
