I have just got this computer and this is a good product for 500. it has a touch screen and it can fold and become a tablet. oh, and it also comes with the s-pen. I am glad I have found this product personally, I think 500 is a good price because it feels like I bought 1000 laptop. awesome product!

I was struggling trying to find the best laptop that had great hardware for a great price. This was it. It has everything it says it does. touch screen, backlight(great backlight btw), number pad, and even a pen. Its gonna be a great tool to use for school. It came in all original packaging and even has 6 month warranty with HP left. The only issue that I have is that the touchpad is just a bit finicky but its not outrageous so all in all 5 stars.

I bought this laptop for work. It has exceeded my expectations! The screen is amazing, it is very fast and I love the backlit keyboard. Very pleased with this purchase and feel it is an amazing value! I feel like it is the perfect size- screen seems wide yet the laptop is not heavy and is completely portable in my briefcase. I would totally recommend this laptop.

The laptop is excellent. It performs well on all fronts. On the minus side, the service from Amazon and HP was poor. I was looking for a laptop plastic casing (not a sleeve) so I asked them both for links to a casing supplier with a product which is made for the laptop dimensions. I added "casing, not a sleeve" to make it clear what I was looking for.Amazon just passed me on to an irrelevant link. HP service sent me links to suppliers of laptop sleeves!!! Another minus point is the accessibility of the motherboard. Take a look on youtube - there is no standard way you can open the laptop case in order to plug in more RAM modules, or to upgrade the M2 SSD. You have to force the case open with a special tool (or maybe a guitar plectrum) and uncouple all sorts of flat cable connection using touch to find them...

I am loving this computer. Works like a dream. My only complaint is that the touch pad is a bit finicky. It is taking some adjustment to make sure that I am left/right clicking in the right spot. The further left/right you go to click, the less responsive it seems. As if the further away from the center you get, it is not actually making contact like it needs to for the computer to register a left/right click. Though it does feel as though it mechanically click like it is supposed to. Again, it just seems like the computer isnt registering the left/right click like it is supposed to. Only complaint.
