This is the worst laptop I have ever owned. I am constantly getting messages that the computer ran in to a problem and needs to restart. It happens at the worst times and I lose all my work.

The simplest of tasks take forever. I just wanted it for web browsing and maybe some Facebook. I have a 400mbps internet connection but It took over a minute to open the Craigslist website (with nothing running in the background - i had finished installing the updates). It would freeze on me for minutes and then would randomly restart. I got it on Sunday. Used it for 4 hours. It froze about 40 times and restarted 5 times within those 4 hours. I then put it right back in the box and started the return process. Cheaply made. The plastic feels flimsy.

This is my second computer in less than three months from Amazon and like the one I purchased before this, its a piece of junk! UPDATE. 5 months later and the thing is dead. Total junk and a complete waste of money.

Difficult to power up, takes forever to get starter, very slow to go to a new page. Last straw was when if brought up 20 of the same page, which I didnt ask for at all, then froze. ITS GOING BACK!!!

This the best laptop that I’ve ever owned. It runs FL Studio 20, Netflix, Hulu and minecraft with solid speed and good performance!!!

Newer version of HP Laptop that I purchased 5 years ago. Value for the money is very good. Would buy this again.

I got this for the low cost. It comes LOADED with HP software, might as well just be called malware. They are just after your data here. Either way, I just needed a computer for me to easily reply to emails on the road as I travel. It no longer loads up (prior to that it just loaded very slowly). I rarely write reviews, but the software they load on this and the quality just felt scummy so I wanted to share and hopefully stop someone else from getting this.

To have both a touchscreen and a keyboard is great. It is the best of both worlds. You can alternate between and the touch is so positive. You only need a light touch and there it is which is such a change after my IPad not connecting. The screen is a good size and it is not too heavy. I have not found anything negative yet.
