This product not only wasnt packaged as expected, but after booting up and initial setup, it only allowed me to explore about five minutes before freezing. I had to hard reboot and when it was turned back on, there was no "windows was not properly shut down" notification, it ran no checks. Still froze after five minutes. I ran driver diagnostics, everything was apparently clean. Still froze after five minutes.

Ive had this for almost 2 years and it still works like new. Boots up and is ready to go in under 5 seconds. Very happy with it

Wanted a laptop to use around the house. SSD for quick bootup. Plenty of storage 2TB HDD. Not a 2 in 1 so I don’t use touchscreen as much as I thought. Pleased with the value for the price!

I like the computer, the SSD is great and it is relatively fast to turn on, it just constantly hums and sometimes its louder than other times. I have a Thinkpad for work which is very quiet, no noise at all, so its a noticeable difference.

When starting the computer it was blocked by sotfware error type "CLOCK WATCHDOG TIMEOUT" and did not allow anything to be done, only to restart, but this 5 minutes later I asked again and so all the time, I do not know what I can recommend to solve this great problem because I can not return it anymore

It looks like a solid laptop on paper, but the fan is very noisy when im just browsing with one tab open and the overall laptop feels slow. Also discovered some scratches on the top. Ill give it a week, but i might return it
