I needed to get a new laptop in a hurry without spending a lot of money. I need a laptop for school and browsing. I love the color of my new laptop. I was able to complete my school work including a proctored test with ease. I am able to use 2 monitors with the hdmi and the usb ports. It is not the fastest and I am going to have to buy more memory but for less than 300.00 including the warranty, this refurbished laptop will do well for me.

Works great, its very suitable for light gaming, examples - roblox, sims 4, and Minecraft. 500 gb of space is plenty for getting work done and stuff. And i love that it actually has a dedicated graphics card, you dont normally see that with a laptop this cheap. Its actually very capable of running high scale softwares as well, for example the first thing i downloaded when I got it was blender and i was SUPER suprised at how well it was able to run such a powerful software, and the graphics card helps. Also its way bigger than I expected it to be, im used to using like school chromebooks which are super tiny if you didnt know, this thing is like a tv compared to a chromebook. And its not only whats under the hood that suprised me, the design is awesome, it has sorta a red wood-like design on the keyboard area, and the back is a super bright matte red which I like. I wouldnt classify this as a super high preformance gaming pc or anything, but for 300$ this is definetly what you want if your on a budget and are looking for a powerful pc to maybe get work done, do some light gaming, or browse media with. Definetly worth the money.

A complete waste of time. Time being the biggest resource you will be wasting. Waiting for it to start, waiting for it to load, waiting for it to perform. Just the slowest and most filled with bloatware laptop I have ever had. I have an Acer that is 12 years old than runs better.

But even then, I had to return it twice before it was repaired. Spend the extra money and buy a new one!

We got this computer, and it turned on one time, and never turned back on again. What was really great was that this was a Christmas present so when everyone else was opening and playing with their computers one of my twin daughters got to sit there with a broken one.

I got this laptop for the summer as I have a temporary job on location and was unable to take my desktop with me. I bought something cheap with the minimum specs that I needed for my job. It preforms about as expected except the processor gets loaded down and fails to preform at optimum efficiency after a very small load. Other than that, the laptop is reliable and works perfectly fine. The bottleneck in this laptop is the CPU. For a cheap refurb laptop it gets the job done at a great value. It doesnt help that Windows 10 always has so many processes running in the background that it always thinks it should get priority over the programs you (the user) are trying to run. If you know what youre doing, I highly recommend the 1st thing you do on your computer is delete or disable (where applicable) ALL of the non-essential Windows 10 programs and sub-programs. There are plenty of guides online if you dont know how. The screen is high quality. NOT a touch screen, but presents things in full HD. Its a bit smaller than other 15.6" screen laptops because the bevel around the edge is very small, giving the physical dimensions of the laptop a smaller size. I love the color/style. You cant see it in the pictures posted or the stock photos, but the laptop has a deep wine-red pattern of abstract circles/swirls which lends itself to an interesting look that I really like. Laptop is as advertised. All parts I received were exactly as described in the listing and it all works fine. The ram is a bit low. My favorite browser is Chrome but as we all know Chrome is a RAM hog. This laptop does not have enough ram to run Chrome effectively. My second favorite is Firefox, and this laptop can run Firefox just fine. The processor is a bit slow, however. The RAM can be upgraded for cheap aftermarket, even to users who dont know what theyre doing (lookup a YouTube video, its as simple as a couple screws to open it up, pop in new RAM, and close it up). Processor is a bit slow. Really the weakest part of this laptop. You get slow load times on complex Excel spreadsheets. Its a quad core which is great but each of those cores only runs at 1.1 GHz, so if you have a few things going on that are a bit complicated it will get slowed down. For light gaming (around the hardware requirements of Minecraft or so) it works fine but bogs down and plods through with some lag. The graphics card is also a point of contention. For a cheap laptop to have a dedicated graphics card is beyond my expectations, and for that it excels. However, its about the cheapest graphics card Ive ever seen with only 128mb of dedicated RAM. Most games minimum is 512mb. However, you can easily run light games on the LOWEST graphics settings and get away with things like Sims 4 and similar. Overall, a good laptop for the money, and most of the parts are as expected or better for the price point, but Id definitely recommend springing for one with a better processor if a $50 increase isnt going to break the bank.

So it looks amazing, Light weight, honestly wouldnt be able to tell at all it was refurbished. However, Im extremely disappointed in the false advertising of the computers processor. It does Not have the quad core N5000 as advertised in the head line. It has a much less powerful Duel core N4000. I dont really have a problem with this. It does leave a very bad taste in my mouth being lied to.
