The laptop worked as expected for approximately three months with no major issues. After about 3-1/2 months, the battery came up with a fatal error and refused to charge. I reached out to the seller and they were unresponsive outside of their auto-reply that "Your message has been assigned to me, and I am reviewing it as a high priority. I will follow up with you very soon." I ended up buying a battery separate from them and the replacement battery came up with the same fatal error which means it has to be hardware related. I dont expect to be buying anything else from them in the future. With this type of service, I would not recommend much with the product or the seller based on the response.

I received a different model than that I ordered. No power cord. An after market battery that sticks out the back about one inch! This was a Christmas gift for my daughter! It was the only thing she asked for. Was so disappointing with the laptop and the service provided by Blazing Prices!

I took a chance that didnt pay off. Im so glad Im able to return it. It did power on, it appeared to be in fair condition and the mouse worked pretty well, but thats where the good stuff ends. Many of the keys used with the left hand entered the same letter two or three times for each keystroke. Numbers did not work at all. Backspace did not work either. Because I had no use of the keyboard, I couldnt activate windows to see if that worked. It arrived with sticky residue on the border around the keyboard. It was missing the EC flap on the side, so there was an opening to collect dirt and dust. The VGA connector had a pin stuck in it so it couldnt be used. Then, when I opened the disk drive, there was peanut butter smeared on the tray! Come on! Dont they look at or test the items before they send them out??? Ill be returning the item and will not exchange it. I will look elsewhere.

The battery give out at 40 mins, the hard drive is very noisy and the touch pad respond poorly when it does.

Very dirty and clearly very well used. It has cracks, dirty, old sticker residue and did NOT come with a charger. On top of all that the screen keeps turning sideways. Very poorly described item from the seller

DO NOT PURCHASE DID NOT COME WITH OS, CHARGE CORD WAS INFORMED THAT THIS IS NOT FIRST ISSUE. We did not care about charge cord, but it is nonfunctional, and we will not pay additionally for something that we paid for when we bought this. No activation key for Windows 10, so not functional and now we have to go through refund/return process. I did not mind the refurb, but certification means something, I thought... Buyer Beware!!

This computer came with no power adapter! I used an adapter I had from an older Dell to TRY to turn it on, but was unsuccessful. It wouldnt boot! According to the BIOS, there was no hard drive. I opened up the HD bay to make sure there was a HD and there was. I called Amazon, and they credited me this laptop w/o any hassles. I give Amazon support 5-stars. This computer also came with zero paper work "certifying" it was refurbished. Only the computer encased in bubble wrap!
