Im rather particular about my electronics and usually buy new or, if used, at least in person so I can see the item firsthand. Ive had this 2015 MacBook Pro from Double Dex Refurbished for about two weeks, and it is wonderful and exactly what Ive been looking for! The serial number on the case matches the one reported in software, so it appears this MacBook Pro is all original. The bottom of the case has a few minor scratches, but nothing serious and certainly no more than expected from a 4 year old laptop. The top and sides of the case are like new, as is the inside case, keyboard, touchpad, and screen. I inspected and checked all of the ports, connectors, features, and functions manually and by using Apple hardware diagnostics and other tests. Everything is in perfect working order! Even the power adapter seems to be new or like new. Overall, Im very pleased with this purchase and will consider buying from Double Dex again when Im looking for another Apple product.

I Absolutely love this MacBook!! My first MacBook was a 2009 plastic unibody that I purchased used and not In he best cosmetic condition. It did last me almost five years and got the job done. Sadly it recently died. I used it for streaming movies and surfing the internet. Now I’ve purchased this 2015 MacBook Pro I couldn’t be happier. It’s lightning fast and it’s bright. It’s also in mint cosmetic condition. I doubt I’ll have any trouble with this unit and expect it to last for years to come.

The item is Okey, its still working good , even its renewed. the video screen is sometimes lag but its bcoz Im using heavy apps for gaming, have some scratches but its normal coz it renewed. The major problem that I encounter to this item is the battery not last long(1hr and 44mins) and charger (not charging properly) , but I asked the company for the refund for battery and charger, and Im glad they processed it. Thank you. All in all its Good item. But a reminders for my Co costumer or buyer: if you have money to buy a brandnew just go for it, its worth to spend money for a brandnew than spending a quiet amount for renewed and refurbished. Thank you

A couple reviews here had me spooked a little, but this renewed/refurbished MacBook Pro has exceeded my expectations. The lid opens with a solid grace. The keys on the keyboard look and feel like theyve never been pressed. Everything works flawlessly. No dents, no missing pixels. Might as well be brand new. The OS was installed thankfully to the set up state, so I got to set things up just the way I wanted from the get-go. Packaging was pretty good. Just a brown box...not sure what I was expecting but it got the job done just fine. Overall, my experience has been fantastic. The laptop simply could not have been better.

I needed a good laptop but had no need for a brand new one. Very satisfied with my purchase from Tech Venture. My laptop arrived quickly and required a signature from FedEx which I appreciated. It is the exact model I ordered and is in excellent condition physically. No dents or scratches. The screen is perfect. All keys function. It came with an Apple charger and cable. System Info-Battery Health shows: Normal. The Flash Drive was clean and ready for a "new user" set-up process just like from the Apple Store. It had High Sierra installed which I updated to Mojave with no problem. I considered a used laptop to be a little risky but am very happy with my decision and purchase. I got exactly what I was hoping for. Thank you Tech Venture!

Really surprised how new this looked and worked perfectly fine. Was definitely a huge upgrade from my last laptop. The speakers worked great too. There were a few scratches on the back of course but overall, it’s great.

The MacBook was just as described. Very nice condition. Plugged in , charged up and started customizing to my specs. The screen quality was perfect. I would definitely return for future business.

It’s more than I expected. The qualities are great, the battery life is decent, and I’m highly satisfied with functionality of the overall system of this laptop. I recommend this laptop for anybody in the graphics, avp, and media world; it’s very helpful! Use it for school and your career !❤️
