I received my MacBook Pro 13 (2012) last week and there’s no cosmetic damage at all, and all specs are as stated in the description and over 600 battery cycles left. It is a renewed laptop so I was not expecting perfection, but it’s pretty close. The only con that I’ve had is since updating to Mojave from High Sierra I noticed that it’s now taking about one minute to start up. Overall, it’s a great MacBook with a disk drive too.

Fast shipping, helpful seller. I received a laptop with less HDD capacity, seller compansated for that. 2012 Mac is still a beast, this is my 3rd one. I upgraded with 256 GB SSD and the performance is at peak. Little disappointed with battery life, a full charge doesnt last for more than 3.5 hrs. I was expecting more. Overall recommend for geeks and software development.

Laptop is in great condition, looks brand new. The charger was a bit dirty but that didn’t really bother me since it’s just the charger and it works well. To set it up, it needed to be restarted and then I was able to set up my iCloud account. I then also ran a system update and everything has been running smoothly so far.

Perfect to get some MacOS. I popped in an SSD and some new RAM and it works perfectly. Easiest thing to upgrade! Little thicker than the new ones but snappier. Now the real attraction is the keyboard. No butterfly switches in sight! Have your friends type on it and they WILL want to trade you for their 2019!!! No stupid touch screen bar! All keys stay the same for the duration of the laptops life. Might you be worried about MacOS updates? They still come out with them for the 2012!!! The display definitely is the weakest point. But will it die? Absolutely not. Invest people! This thing is Apples finest

This refurb was the BEST decision! My daughter loves it! Lightning quick. It needed an update and a charger (chargeris appx $75.00) but it was worth everything. At first we thought it was the battery, but we took it to Apple and they diagnosed the charger, at no charge. Great buy!

The physical condition was good not scratched up or with big dents. I swapped out the ram for 16gb and put in an ssd drive. It was clean inside also.

Great item - battery life was horrible - I spent money to replace it but otherwise a great deal. It arrived with High Sierra and I upgraded to IOS Mojave and it is running smoothly .

2 keys are lifted up and i cant get them to pop back down, the battery lasts an hour full charge, and it gets super hot.No one buy these trash "refurbished" laptops. company is full of idiots
