This MacBook Air is amazing! I had been previously using a 2007 MacBook Air and it was time to upgrade. I have never purchased refurbished before so I really didnt know what to expect, though was greatly concerned. Needless to say that this laptop heavily exceeded my expectations. Other reviewers stated that their MacBook was not as described, though mine looks brand new. The keys are still crisp and clean, the screen immaculate. There are a few light scratches on the outside of the computer (mostly the underside), but it is very minimal and unnoticeable. It runs like a dream, though I have only begun using it. I will update should the computer have any issues. It is an early 2015 with 4 GB RAM and its OS is Sierra. I wanted to share that, as I found the Q&A to be a little confusing on that point and other reviews didnt really mention it.

Good quality, arrived early. As-new condition. Easy to install from my old machine via time machine backup. The old one was a 2010, now we are good for another 5-7 years. Thanks

Arrived in perfect condition. The packaging was better than expected. I was worried it would come with 4gb of RAM instead of the 8 specified, but it did come with 8! Not even a scratch that I can see on the outside, all of the keys seem to work perfectly, no discoloring on the screen. Touchpad works great as well. I will update this if anything changes anytime soon!

Amazon Refurbished is the way to go. My macbook was in new to near new condition. If it wouldve came in an Apple box I wouldve thought it was new. Ive only had it for a couple of weeks so I cant speak to its longevity but everything works right out of the box and I was able to update the OS to High Sierra. Very pleased so far with the purchase and glad I bought an Amazon Refurbished instead of new.

I do not typically leave product reviews, but I felt this one was necessary to help ease the nerves of anyone worried about purchasing a refurbished laptop online. Mine arrived in absolutely perfect condition, no scratches, scuffs, cracks, problems, nothing. The closest thing there is to a defect on this computer is a chip about the size of a pencil tip on my letter H key. Something Im not exactly worried about. I always purchase refurbished Apple products (theyre way too overpriced otherwise) and I have never been let down.

Im floored at how GREAT of a buy this was!! I got practically a BRAND NEW MacBook for less than half the price. The item came packaged very securely. A charger was included but no original packaging or instructions. There are cosmetic damages and small flaws to the computer that can easily be overlooked. The previous reviews made me nervous to purchase but Im glad I took the gamble. It was fully charged, sound is clear, and front camera for FaceTime works good. I downloaded the new Sierra software and now Im all good to go. If youre feeling hesitate dont. This is the perfect buy! Please see my photos attached. :)

Its really a great deal. It was delivered on time with good packaging. Its good as brand new. No scratches or any deformity. Perfect! I have been using this for my research and presentations and so far there were NO bad issues that I encountered with regards to its performance. I love it. I recommend this to my friends and classmates.

I grew up with window based stuff, but after trying Apple products for the past few years, that is the only thing I will use. I had a couple older MacBooks that lasted for years. This one is only 2 years old. Faster than any Windows computer Ive ever owned!! no dings or dents. looked brand new. Half the price than I found for a new one at the Apple store. if you want a good notebook computer, this the way to go
