Install Flash Player This product came practically brand new. The only thing wrong with the machine was the tiny cosmetic scuffs on the bottom side that are shown in one picture. Those were the only marks on the machine. The only problem I had with the machine was when I attempted to update the OS from Sierra to Mojave. As soon as I got it I went to update the OS just because I preferred Mojave. In this process I got the error message that there was not enough storage even though it came factory reset. After a call to apple tech support they walked me through reformatting the hard drive and within a couple of hours I had the latest update on the MacBook. However, I didn’t count off in the rating for this because the machine came running great and I personally just wanted to update the machine.
