I’ve only had the laptop for a few days but for the few days I’ve had it I’m in love. I was skeptical at first to buy a refurbished MacBook off Amazon but I’m so glad I did. I’m extremely happy with my purchase. It shipped quickly, and required a signature to ensure I received it. It was factory reset and I had no problems with setting it up. It even came with a charge. There were no scrapes, bumps or dings that I could see, but I had bought a case off Groupon that I placed on it for protection. It’s been working really well. The only thing I found was that it didn’t have some of the apps that it should automatically have like papers and numbers but those are easily downloaded from the App Store. As someone who came from windows to Mac, I’m extremely happy with my purchase.

Laptop showed up dead, no charger in box with a sticky, smudgy substance all over the screen and keyboard! Unacceptable.

I was very apprehensive about purchasing a refurbished MacBook Air from any site other than the official Apple Certified site. So far so good, this laptop only has 1 small scuff in upper lefthand corner and everything performs perfectly as far as I can tell. It actually acts and looks brand new except for aforementioned scuff. Ive never owned a Mac before and new I was in for a huge learning curve (changing from Windows) so I was looking for a way to absorb the sticker shock and learn Mac at the same time. Definitely would suggest this seller for others attempting to do the same thing. Great value and a great experience so far.

Was very happy with a cost effective refurb, came in new condition and ran great for two months. Then the cooling fan started audibly clicking every two seconds, even when the machine was asleep. Unfortunately, had to return it.
