After doing the set-up of this laptop , which it took a while to download all the MS updates and installed some of the software Id bought for it. I can say it is not what it seems. Lenovo claims is a 2019 model but I believe it isnt, is an upgrade to Windows 10 from a Windows 7 system. If you ever have to reinstall Windows you will lose Windows 10 and it will install Windows 7. This system is very, very slow loading the programs and startup. As soon I realized this I send it back the next day after got it. Wasted a couple of hours, but it was worth it finding the truth.
