I was a little skeptical about getting this since I was the first. So far so good. Item was in perfect new shape. No issues so far, everything works perfectly. Easy setup and logon. No complaints
Just got this 10 mins ago and it has no DVD rom drive and it clearly says it comes with a dvd rom drive In the item description Definitely sending this back for misrepresentation
This computer uses 802.11b/g WiFi, so it tops out at about 35mbps, which it doesnt warn you about. It uses only 2.4mhz, no 5mhz. It also has some crazy interference that is clearly audible from the speakers in the form of a crackling/static sound. This is about as barebones as it gets for a laptop, even after removing Windows extra garbage, its still ridiculously slow just browsing the internet, let alone trying to download anything. They could have done so much better with this and kept it at a low price point. Steer clear.
Would have been a five star except the cable selection did not include one with a fan connector. Since I was replacing a failed unit in an existing build I used an adapter from the original build, but if this was a new build I would have been out of luck. Otherwise very happy.
