The computer doesn’t go on at all, but I bought over a month ago as a gift. When the person received it, it did not work.

This laptop was defective. Had connectivity issues out Of the box. Spent 5 hours on the phone with MICROSOFT and the were unable to fix the problem. Customer Service thought it might be a bad Windows download but the laptop wouldnt stay connected to the internet. The laptop was returned.

Had no issues, hasnt been dropped or damaged in any way but monitor is already going out. its been less than a year but after 30 days they will not do anything if you start to have issues.
