This is a pretty good laptop and does have all the specs described in the product listing. However, the problem is that the listing is intentionally vague when it comes to giving out the laptops model number. The listing says, "Item Model Number: HP PAVILION 15.6 TOUCH I5", however as anyone knows who bothered to Google the term, this is not a real model number. This laptops model number is actually 15-bs095ms and I encourage everyone to search Amazon and Google before buying. That way you can be sure youre getting the best prices. Right now (1/25/2018) there are other Amazon listings for this same laptop which are cheaper.

I just un-boxed this laptop. This laptop is incorrectly advertised on here. It has all of the correct specs however the model is not what they have listed in the description. The real model is 15-bs095ms, This same model is for sale in a few other places on amazon for a bit cheaper. Make sure you do some research on this model before you buy. I am liking it so far, but it is not the model that they list. I will update my rating as time progresses.

Ive only had this for 20 days, and now it wont turn on all the time. When it does, it is supper slow. When I went to return it, it wont let me because it states the return period has expired. HELP cant buy another laptop in just 20 days.

I checked the setting and it does not have touch screen!! It might be a nice laptop, but they have the wrong info from it. Also mine came from Stamples on the box but some other seller was on the invoice.Should have bought one right from HP. $200+ for the HP ENVY Laptop -15t touch

Happy with my purchase! Came in brand new packaging and all is working well (including touch screen). Was able to look up HP limited warranty. Looks like a great machine. Will update my review if anything changes.

I havent had a chance to fully utilize this laptop yet, however, it has great processing speed and graphics. I chose this particular model for speed and graphics and the storage!!! It would have been better if the 2T storage would have been formatted to 4 equal partitions though. Do you realize how long it takes to do a disk defrag on 2T? Thats crazy. Next time you sell one of these, you should have an option for the customer to select partition my HDD or do not partition my HDD.

From the start, this computer was running very slow. It has 100% disc usage with no programs running. Opening and running a program will slow it down and make even using Office products a pain. I have not installed anything but Microsoft Office 365 and and Adobe Suite. Working with HP technical support for 10 months now (Win10 re-installation, driver and bios updates) has not helped. Neither the seller nor customer support were helpful. The HP technical customer support even admitted that their products cannot handle Win10 with a normal hard drive, but likely require an SSD. Yet, they sell their products with exactly those specs.
