I’m having problems with the battery the laptop will not work unless plugged in I’ve asked for a customer support to contact me and I’ve never been contacted still waiting to be contacted can you provide me help
Ive only had this for 20 days, and now it wont turn on all the time. When it does, it is supper slow. When I went to return it, it wont let me because it states the return period has expired. HELP cant buy another laptop in just 20 days.
Product description did not match the computer. I put in a question about why the computer did not have 1 of the 3 top features I bought it for.....NO RETURN MESSAGE WAS EVER RECEIVED FROM VENDOR.
I checked the setting and it does not have touch screen!! It might be a nice laptop, but they have the wrong info from it. Also mine came from Stamples on the box but some other seller was on the invoice.Should have bought one right from HP. $200+ for the HP ENVY Laptop -15t touch
From the start, this computer was running very slow. It has 100% disc usage with no programs running. Opening and running a program will slow it down and make even using Office products a pain. I have not installed anything but Microsoft Office 365 and and Adobe Suite. Working with HP technical support for 10 months now (Win10 re-installation, driver and bios updates) has not helped. Neither the seller nor customer support were helpful. The HP technical customer support even admitted that their products cannot handle Win10 with a normal hard drive, but likely require an SSD. Yet, they sell their products with exactly those specs.
The laptop was extremely slow. did not give a feel of a new laptop. I am an IT professional and had to run heavy softwares and virtual machines. this laptop didnt work and i had to return it.
Ive been using this laptop for a week, but its very slow, whether its with starting up or opening different apps, and moving between different apps. Im not a fan of this laptop, I think it might be bearable. Also, the touchpad has very poor response, it takes forever for the touchpad to sense your touch and go somewhere, that makes it so frustrating.
I ordered two laptops. The first one I got is good. But the second laptop fan is making a lot of noise. Its like a refurbished one.

Dont buy this computer the battery doesnt last 4 hours. This is messed up!!!!!!
