Bought this laptop for work. Runs great so far, had it for about a month. Really wanted this because of the SSD and the quick startup capabilities. I regularly run quite a few windows at the same time and haven’t had any problems yet. Only thing negative I can say is that the touchpad is a little finicky and I wish it had a backlit keyboard (my fault for not researching it enough). I use this with a docking station so the touchpad is not really an issue though.

This laptop is a run of the mill office laptop and that is exactly what you get. What was a little surprising was that it feels sluggish for an i5 processor and 8GB RAM. All the components work as expected and the Bluetooth and wireless work well. The graphics card in this is weak and in my opinion, this is the reason for sluggish performance. The resolution is not 1080p its only 1366 x 768 which for a new laptop is under specd even for general office use since most video is now 1080p at least. The price point is as expected and of course, its absolutely chock full of Dell software that no one needs or wants on it and it seems at every iteration they make their stuff more obnoxious. Most of the time setting this up for office use is spent deleting all the unnecessary pre-installed software. Overall Assessment is its average. Just average.

While the machine itself is great, this is NOT Windows 10 PRO AS ADVERTISED. Unfortunately, under time-constraint so upgraded it in place, but thats another $99. I would not buy from this Seller again for that reason.

The only issue I have with it is that when I type (left side of the keyboard) it is very noisy. The "E" button is loose. I should have sent it back but really needed for work since my old laptop died. Aside from that its a great computer.

This laptop was litterally the only one on the internet that had excatly what i was looking for and i am pretty happy with it. My 2015 macbook air is my daily driver, but i need a windows computer for quickbooks. it boots fast enough, i have had no software issues, however my "w" key comes off.

Computer is very fast with the SSD it comes with. Not a fan of the touchpad. Very nice display and having Bluetooth is a big plus. Overall a very nice computer for the price.
