It didnt arrive in time but thats not the laptops fault. The screen is great, vibrant colors. It seems pretty fast but I was using a 10 yr old Toshiba satellite with a brief moment with a Lenovo Idea pad (which was brand new and had a lot of problems with). I had this running in about 20 minutes out of the box. After that, it took 4-5 hours to customize with some additional programs. Then there were some updates. Ive had it about 5 days now and its had a few glitches which seemed to have corrected themselves. I think the speakers could be a little louder. The memory card reader worked fine as did the cd player when I added my wireless printer. I dont have any USB 3.0 cords so I havent tried them yet but Im sure theyll be fine. All in all, so far- it seems to be worth the $.

I liked the specs and the price. I never got why it was so slow but it is a secondary computer but I still use it some everyday. The computer was bought in August and now it is November 5 and out of warranty. Almost too funny. I have never returned anything to Amazon as it is usually not worth the trouble. I would love to exchange this one but I missed by 30 days. I will never buy any other electronics and computer merchandise here again. Amazon does not maintain enough control over third party shippers. I strongly reccomend QVC in this area as they take responsibility for customer satisfaaction.

A great value at the price I paid for 17.3 inch laptop (less than $500). I have seen similar laptops for twice that amount. It is slow, but I blame most of that on the operating system that comes with it. It also seems that Windows 10 need too many frequent updates. Setup was easy.

The Laptop was delivered in a timely manner and was refurbished like new. It was loaded with current apps and Windows 10 for easy set up. For the price, its great. I dont know why it was advertised as 80% off but Im glad I purchased it. Its super fast, and the screen is vibrant. Very happy and would definitely recommend!

I still havent gotten this to work properly. It is very slow. It will not allow some Windows 10 updates even though I have reset Windows and followed all the suggestions. Nice screen, which was the main reason bought it.

this was a replacement for an older lap top that I use for professional travel. it has perform as expected with easy linkage onto my home network for data transfer. The 1 TB hard drive (twice the size of the old laptop) was adequate for all of my files (about 650 gb). It is relatively, and note that I use the term relatively, light, thin and has an excellent display. Only gripe is that it has only HDMI video out so I had to purchase an HDMI to more standard VGA output adapter, Otherwise I am very happy with this product.

I purchased this laptop for college. It is perfect. Not extremely fast because if the hard drive. Put a solid state hard drive in and operates alot faster. Glad I purchased this for school.

I purchased this laptop as a secondary computer for trips, etc. My desktop computer died and I am now using it for everything. It has been great. At first it seemed sluggish but the more I use it, the more responsive it seems to be.

The laptop computer looks beautiful. I was able to boot it up and it powered on immediately. Perfect size screen. Graphics nice. Wi-Fi ready! But the DVD player doesnt play DVDs. The drive will recognize a CD, but I cant do anything with a DVD on this beautiful machine. I would rather not have to send it back. I would prefer that it simply worked, and I could keep it and use it happily. Its very disappointing that I have to return it. If it worked properly I would gladly give it 5 star rating.
