I just plugged this in and got a warning to call for support. Was told I needed to spend 500 to get protection. I declined and now I have a computer that doesn’t work. Not a happy customer.

Great computer for the money. +1 STAR for cost, -1 STAR for screen. The only thing is the screen though apparently HD was very poor quality - soft, hazy, low contrast, poor colors - so I had to return. Other than that, great rig for the money.

Bought this computer in December, 2018. but I am in my second month of actual use. Its response time has become slower and slower. It buffers continuously and videos cannot be played
