Got this, it worked fine for several months, then one day just stopped and would not power up. Customer service was good enough to send me a second unit.....which again would not power up. Brand new batteries straight out of the box and known to be working in other devices still did not get these to work. Sorry, thanks for the communication and making this whole, but the product failed. Spent an extra $10 and got a well-known name brand and havent turned back.
