The mouse is very nice and well build, but after using for about a day, Windows showed device disconnected while using. Upon trying to remove USB dongle the metal piece separated from the plastic and became stuck in the USB port. After using needle nose pliers to remove, the metal piece could not be refit properly to be usable in any USB port. The mouse design and use is fantastic, but the USB dongle would work better if it was designed to be all plastic.
