I wanted a Bluetooth mouse for a new laptop that had limited USB ports. I really liked this mouse ( Logitech m535) upon receiving it. It worked very well and was comfortable to use. I was so confident that I wanted to keep it that I threw away the packaging. A few days later it stopped working. It shows that it is paired with my laptop but it will not connect. After spending hours trying to solve the problem I contacted Logitech and they told me that it wasnt compatible with the newest Windows 10 build I have, which is Windows 10 Home, Ver. 1803, OS build 17134.191. Only solution is to wait and see if it becomes compatible with a future build. So beware that if you buy this mouse at some point it may no longer work as your computer updates. I have 3 other mice, a keyboard, a headset, and 2 webcams from Logitech so this experience is disappointing. Hope this helps others with their decision in purchasing this mouse.

Mouse connected and paired but was not operative on my Dell Inspiron 11 running Windows 10. Device manager showed the correct device driver was installed and enabled. Surprisingly, this mouse did function correctly if my USB wired mouse was connected on this computer, but who needs two mice? Requests via email for support from Logitech have gone unanswered. So both product and manufacturer are unresponsive. Item to be returned for another brand that can support their products.

As others have stated in there reviews this mouse checks out to nowhere land whenever it desires. no rhyme or reason. I have tried two of them. The first was a new mouse in retail packaging. The second was a refurbished mouse in a generic package. The refurbished mouse actually stays working for a longer period of time before it fails. It will also check back in all by itself. I hate to give bad reviews but when two of them have the same problem it is warranted. I have used Logitech mouses before on this same computer with no problems. I just wanted one that did not require a USB adapter so I chose this mouse.

I had not problem connecting this device to my Bluetooth enabled Chromebook, however, the link given to download the program for configuring this device led to an error message that said the page doesnt exist. Also - and as others have said - the scroll wheel is very jumpy. So, I contacted customer support at Logitech. In the process I found out that there really is no page currently to download the program that would make it possible for me to configure its behavior. I was also told that there IS no program for Chrome OS for doing that...only MAC and Windows. :/ It was suggested there is something wrong in the device itself if the wheel is jumping, but considering how many other people here have complained about this issue, I suspect its just a crappy scroll wheel period. Im going to return this one and search for a replacement that I hope will work better.

Left click (Main click) stopped working after about 45 days, just after the amazon return policy ended, So I cant click on links, Will have to go buy another mouse now, total waste of time and money. Since 2000 or so Logitech products have always been cheap Chinese-made junk, i decided to believe in them per all the Amazon reviews, but nope, still the same, theres a reason people go with Sony and brand names for these types of items, I had my Sony compact pocket mouse from 2012 to 2016 , this one lasted 45 days.
