Bought this refurbished looks and feels absolutely brand new. Took it to the apple store next door to confirm authenticity.No complaints there. As an IT in the cybersecurity field I needed a comfy keyboard and small enough that would fit on my desk next to my other set ups. This does the job perfectly I know is expensive but I needed an apple keyboard with the appropriate key maps in order to hook up to my macbook pro. Took a star since it came with no battery charge, had to anxiously charge it before i could test if it even worked. No biggie but is common imdustry practice for vendors to charge devices half way. So far Im happy with this $100 purchase, saved money buying this set since is usually close to $200 at the apple store.

I am happy with the keyboard and mouse - the do appear to be authentic Apple devices and work as expected. The lightening cables, however, were definitely not authentic Apple cables. The inside of the USB end of an Apple lightening cable has 4 gold colored metal connection points, the cables that came with my keyboard and mouse have 4 silver colored metal connection points. The cables also never fully charged the keyboard and mouse and were very difficult to stick into both devices. My Apple lightening cables fit much better into both the keyboard and mouse and fully charged both. Also, the graphic on the supplied cables is darker in color, and not as crisp in appearance as an authentic Apple lightening cable. In general, the price for these devices made them worth it. However, it would have been nice to also get authentic cables - its always nice to have backups.

Yes it is refurbished but everything looked & felt brand new, the mouse had a little jiggle on the top plate but synced up perfect to my mid2012 macbook pro, yes it sucks to plug the mouse in from the bottom to charge but only 2minutes gives like 2 hours of charge apparently and a few hours for a month charge. I love having a mouse to use with my macbook when it is plugged into my samsung curved monitor & everything feels like I am on a real desktop. Why not save some money go refurbished & buy the protection plan & still have extra money compared to buying the brand new versions. Give it a try :)

I didn’t catch that it was refurbished when I purchased. It came in a brown box (not Apple packaging) which I thought was odd, then I noticed very light scratches on the mouse and bottom of the keyboard. I referedback to the order and saw that it says right there, “refurbished” so that was my fault completely. That being said, I love them both. They both hold a very long charge and they work PERFECTLY. I looked up the price of a magic keyboard 2 and a Magic Mouse 2 directly from Apple new and I saved about 50%. I definitely would recommend buying these from this seller.

Docking two stars because the mouse doesnt right click (I imagine this is why it was sent back in for refurbishment to begin with.) They could do with an extra inspection or trial run before sending these "certified" refurbished items back out. Cant complain for the price, I suppose. Other then the right click issue, this duo work well and make my desk look so cohesive. Came well packaged - without instructions, but anybody will entry Apple experience can figure it out.

I absolutely love this new wireless magic keyboard 2 and mouse. My old mouse played out and i came across this product and decided to give it a try. It is smaller than the original keyboard that came with my Older Mac Desktop but i love the way it is easier to move my fingers around the keyboard because of its size. I feel less stress on my hands and fingers because of the smaller profile. If you buy this you will not be disappointed!!

I get these are refurbs but it looks like someone rubbed the mouse with a knife and the back of the keyboard. Missing cables too - should have purchased new.

Both the keyboard and mouse look almost new, with the mouse maybe a little less than perfect. But there is no obvious scratch or dent at all. The included lightning cables are Made in China and cheap looking. I have quite a few lying around that I dont plan on using these anyways. Overall I am very satisfied with them, especially the price.

Like new. Good battery condition. The new Magic Keyboard 2 has too short of a key travel, tho. It feels as if Im smacking the keys too hard into the board ... its built for too light of a touch. That feels great and really cool when youre typing short little things, but once you start spending some time writing something a little longer, if feels too thin and short.
