Not pleased at all
Even fully charged, this cannot charge my phone beyond 20%. I have tried several times. I know it’s cheap, but I expect my power bank to at least get my phone fully charged one time.

Capacity
Im at little confused on the capacity. It is advertising as 4000mah, however written on the bank itself it say "POWER BANK Capacity: 2300mAh" It also says "3.7V/4000mAh/14.8 Wh" Maybe I dont understand some of the term here but to me it should at lesst charge my phone most the way if it was 4000mAh, however it seems to be 2300mAh, to me this is misleading advertising. However it works great, you can charge the power bank with usb c and still use the same usb c port to charge your devices, and you can also use the regular usb a port. But its convenient to only need one cord to charge and use it. Also good to mention that you can not charge the bank and charge an item at the same time.

CAUTION DO NOT BUY
Do not buy!!! Just exploded in my backpack in my car earlier today while my husband was driving on the freeway. We heard a “pop” then our car instantly filled up with white smoke. It was not in use. I tossed my backpack outside to the side of the freeway while waiting for the fire department.

Works amazingly!!!
This little thing is amazing!!! Took it to Disneyland and was able to charge my phone from 38% to 98% and my daughters from 46 to 100 ???????? love it and recommend it!!!!
