I love this! I didn’t know I needed it but now that I have it, I can’t imagine trips without it! It’s super easy to install and takes only a minute or two. It comes with 2 magnetic installations plates that you can choose from for install. One is to install directly on your phone and the other installs on your phone case, no matter what case you have. It’s a peel and stick magnet so you just peel off the film and stick it to the surface of your case. The magnet attaches to the holder installed in your CD player. Just make sure to eject any disc before installing. It just slides into the CD player portion and has a clip you push to lock it into place. I love that it holds my phone within view while driving so I can see who is calling or can view my gps/maps when needed. The magnet is strong and holds my phone in place, even on bumpy gravel roads. I have never had my phone drop from it. Highly recommend.

CD Slot Mount
I got this iTap 2 Magnetic CD Slot Mount phone holder Great mount. I have been using extensively for the past two weeks and it works fantastic, iOttie has done it again! I am using this mount on an iPhone XS Max with an Otterbox Symmetry case. While the large silver plate is not strong enough through the case, the small black plate installled on the outside of my case works flawlessly. If I do not use the case, the silver plate sticks very well to the mount.It seems to be a high quality product to me.
