Great phone mount!
Works great! Holds my phone nice and tight and they suction cup works great so far! The only little complaint I have is the gooseneck. It tends to bounce around a lot especially with heavier phones. Not exactly a design flaw, you just need to arrange it right so it doesn’t bounce around on your dash.
Suction Does Not Work
I’ve been trying to stick this on the car windshield and it won’t stick. I even reached out to the manufacturer and it stuck but as soon as I put my phone in the holder it fell off. Waste of money!
Green button stops working
Super disappointed with this item. After a couple of months of use the green button to let go of the phone when its being used stopped working. I have to manually pull the green button out to get the holder to work. I bought two and both have the same mechanical issue. It’s not durable after a couple of uses.
Bad product
This thing doesn’t even work! It kept shaking on the road until it finally broke!!! Give me a refund NOW
Cross country driving
Needed this for a drive from Mississippi to California. I wanted a front and back camera that was able to work in the dark/at night as I’d be driving mostly at night. I tested this out before damaging the drive and the feedback was good enough to make out details I would need in case of an accident. Daytime works just as good. The process of getting the video from a drive isn’t too hard. I’ve never used a dash cam so it took me a couple YouTube videos to figure it out. Same for the installation process. Overall, it captures everything I need it to, and once you get the hang of it, the video is easy to get from your drives. Now that I’m back in California, I’m glad I got this cause I’ll really need this for insurance purposes lol!

Waste of money and time
Didn’t even get out of the parking lot before having issues. The T-adapter ball joint was missing from the box. This piece is necessary to use the vent mount. Tried to use the window mounting suction cup. Cleaned the glass well, let the alcohol dry completely. Installed as directed. Set up and went to leave. First speed bump in the parking lot made the arm bounce up and down, causing the suction cup to come unstuck and fall. Broke both the screen protector and lens protector because of the fall.
Do not purchase
Extremely poorly made. Broke in less than 3 months. Would absolutely not recommend. Extremely overpriced for such low quality.
Not worth the price
Button keeps getting jammed and stopped opening up all the way. Also wouldn't click inward enough to hold my phone in place.
Buy it!
I love this phone holder so much' it comes in handy when I'm driving and need to send a quick text or for directions. It works perfectly find no matter where I move it too. It's very sturdy.
Pick another
In a couple months, the piece that holds the phone came apart. Can’t even return it due to Target saying it’s not eligible for return.
Very happy with my purchase
This phone holder is amazing and exactly what I was looking for. It’s sturdy and has excellent suction even though it’s not adhesive. I didn’t want an adhesive as it would be difficult to remove and more around. The holder does not shake while driving so that’s great.
