Phone works great for our purposes, shipping was super fast. One star off due to phone screen pixels imprinted/burned with previous owner's excessive usage, e.g. Instagram 'reels' and other icons permanently on the screen.

Review for Samsung Galaxy S21 - Great Features!
I upgraded to this phone a couple months ago and it was an excellent decision! I am very pleased with the features, design, and performance.

Camera wins every time
I love taking pictures and can't lug around huge professional cameras plus extra equipment. The Samsung galaxies win every time!

Beautiful phone with amazing camera
I have had this phone for over a year now and completely love it! I use to have iPhone but this phone is more complete better display, better photos, and just a much better experience.
This just isn't it. Disappointing.
I went from a note 9 to the s21 ultra thinking I was getting a game changing phone and to say I am disappointed is putting it mildly. You not only lose the auxiliary port option, you lose the s-pen, you lose several other key features of the note which I thought I wouldn't miss, but I do. Those aside, what I really bought this phone for was the camera. I thought I was going to get a phone with a top of the line camera that took clear, beautiful photos especially at a distance. This phone falls short every time. I wish I had never spent the money to upgrade, because it was a total downgrade. The photos always come out grainy. It doesn't matter if it's during the day, or at night, or sunny or cloudy, inside or outside, people, places or things, it is always a subpar photo that you can clearly see is grainy. Most of the photos of people that I've taken are overexposed which can be adjusted but they are really lackluster in comparison to the standard settings on older note phones. I wanted to love it and I was really excited about it since I've been a samsung user for about 12 years, but going forward I think I might go ahead and step out of my comfort zone and try another brand.
It's great but...
I love the s21, it added new improvements such as the adaptive refresh rate and improvements to the cpu and camera but going from the s20 to the s21, I noticed some trade offs such as you lose the ability to select 1440p or you lose the premium feel of a glass back or the curve on the sides, these are minor things though and it is a fantastic phone still and I would 100% recommend it especially since it's cheaper now, overall great job Samsung just try not to lose anymore features
