I LOVE THIS CAMERA. It has taken some time to figure out all the extras but it takes great pictures and you dont need to know too much about it to work it on auto.
AMAZING lightweight point and shoot camera! I have a Nikon D90 and its to the point I hate to take it anywhere because you have to pack a backpack for it..I wanted this one as a back up and something that I could toss into my purse or my husbands pocket to take on trips with us. It takes AMAZING pictures and has a lot of very cool features. I will admit that Samsungs customer service SUCKS!! It recently stopped being recognized by my computer via USB.Ive googled solutions and had to call them 2 times. They were not very easy to deal with and was told they would call me back and never did.I never got a case number and they did not even have me registered as purchasing the camera.They had me in there by my last name from 20 years ago and Ive never purchased Samsung in the past. I would gladly purchase an iPhone camera in the future to replace this one if there ever was one on the market because I do not like the android based system. BUT I am having this one replaced by Amazon! AMAZING customer service on their part to take up the slack on Samsungs end. I just hope it was a lemon and then new replacement will work more than 2 months.
(Edit) An update has resolved the credential loss issue. I am very happy with this camera now! The Google account is forgotten or lost by the device on a consistent and continuing basis. I love this camera, it has so much potential. It takes beautiful photos, the image stabilization is impressive and the size is just right for a pocket camera. Sadly all of this potential falls apart when you have to log back into your Google account wait for your apps to sync and remove the ones you dont want every few days. Then you have to edit your sync settings because you dont want all your Google services sending notifications to your camera. This has been an issue for months with no resolution in site. If you want a great camera and dont use any Google services this might be perfect for you. If you want a great camera and dont mind dealing with having to add your account back into the device and spend about 5 minutes fiddling with settings then you too might love this device like myself. If you are going to be driven crazy by this cameras inability to remember your Google account for more than a few days then you might want to look elsewhere. It really is too bad because this camera in combination with Google+ photo back up with Autoawesome and Stories is amazing.
