While I want this camera..the one that was sent was the international model. Although you could change language to English most everything was defaulted to Chinese. Sending it back. They should tell you up front if it is an international model or us version. Not happy.
The camera itself is good, bad thing is that after only 5 months of using it randomly (mostly for concerts) the lens is not working properly, goes only half way out and of course does not focus. I live in Colombia, so I tried to look for global technical support. The response from Samsung is that since it was bought abroad they cannot provide me with technical support so Id have to look for a "trusted technician"... Thats exactly what I was looking for when I contacted Samsung in the first place... Anyway, here I am with my camera not working and no place to go :(
