Great camera and awesome zoom lens. I have a earlier model Lumix and have taken that camera around the world. When I saw this newer model and the 30x telephoto, this has saved me from having to bring along my larger DSLR (for the better lenses). Although this is a bit bigger and heavier than my old Lumix, it is just as easy to use and has much better resolution and of course the 30x zoom. Focus Camera put together an awesome package deal that really could not be beat. Everything arrived in good condition and I could not be happier with this purchase from them.

This camera has an excellent lens. Being able to zoom to paintings,statues, churches inside and out -coliseum and group photos made the zoom a very good feature. We took it on a trip to Rome and other places in Italy and took some 300 pictures. They were all in good focus and clear vibrant colors. The battery life was better than expected,,they would last all day of shooting - I always carried spares. Several time I had to use the built in Electronic Viewfinder. It was a must feature for my purchase. There are times when a cell phone is just as good and convenient.. It sure would have been awkward to carry an SLR type for this trip. Never could use the flash in all settings in the churches. All taken with auto. Be sure to practice with any camera before a trip. The eagle photo was on my place at 150 yards, then I cropped.

Great deal on this camera package that includes lots of extras. I recently used the camera in a Disney vacation and it’s a very compact, yet sturdy camera. I didn’t use the case because it is too small if you will be using it often. The shots look crisp and clear on the camera. I haven’t printed yet so not sure about overall quality.

I love the camera, and it can work as a point and shoot, but it can do much more than that. It will take a while to learn all of the features, but the point and shoot feature is easy to use for novices like me.
