After waiting weeks for this to ship, we were very disappointed in its performance and returned it. Like its predecessors (I own the TS3), this camera is quite complex to use. Admittedly, I never figured out the 4K burst function and the video function didnt work every time (sometimes I recorded a video, sometimes I didnt). Regular photographs shot on the highest resolution produced only 180 dpi, so every shot is slightly pixelated. I understand the frustration with focus that other reviewers have mentioned, yet the criticism is somewhat unwarranted -- the instructions are very clear on the need to slightly depress the button, focus and then shoot. My landscape photos looked good. But on zoomed shots, it was nearly impossible to get a good focus (even with the macro enabled). While I did get a few good shots during three different occasions, I had to toss at least a third due to focus issues and pixelated images. When every shot counts, thats too much to risk.

Big and blurry. Wish this camera lived up to the hype. Have loved my old tough model and needed an upgrade but this one has not had the bugs sorted. Also considerably bigger than other compacts.

I did not buy this camera from Amazon - I bought mine from Adorama but I wanted to share me experience. I (like the other reviews) had to send mine back because of focusing issues. It is a gorgeous camera, and the view finder is super nice in the sun. But unfortunately the camera is very slow, and about 80% of my pictures were super blurry. So the next day I really took my time and read the manual, checked my settings, and still the pictures were terrible. I really wanted to love this camera but it went back

Bought this camera from another online vendor. Had high hopes for this camera but the only good thing about it is that it is solidly build. There are numerous control settings that are hard to understand and to use, takes too many clicks to set up an option, especially 4K video with pictures setting. The pictures itself came out somewhat foggy or out of focus for some reason with auto intelligent and scene selection mode. Took about 100 pictures and only a handful came out satisfactory. Lastly, this camera is heavy and big to lug around. Very disappointed with this camera at this high price range and it’s advertised functions.
