Hi. When I receive the object, it does not focus more than the lens. You can not use the camera function at all. I want to return it. Not able to focus more than 20cm after firmware update. Really I mean really short battery life. Decided to return.
I ordered this small camera to take with me on trips... Being a photographer myself, I loved the compact camera instead of lugging my camera equipment for trips... I purchased the camera in Aug of 2016... The camera did not want to switch between looking at photos and back to camera mode until I turned the camera off then back on again... I took it out recently to snap a few photos at my daughters wedding..., The camera would not stay on and wasnt charging... I have emailed the Co several times and tried all the resets etc they suggested with no progress... Now I have a 500.. camera that doesnt work and the Co continues to exchange the original camera with one that doesnt charge properly... Im not sure they have one that does... oh and from my research there is no phone number for this Co...,
