I chose this camera based on the reviews though theyre arent many. Shipping was timely and the camera looks as described. However, I returned it the next day after dedicating an entire day using it. Pros: Looks as described, light weight and easy to use. Thats it. Cons: Youll possibly get a better picture if youre shooting or recording outdoors on an extremely sunny day. I live in Florida and the image on the screen is still extremely pixelated. You can see on the screen how noisy your photo or video will turn out. The wifi remote feature is extremely weird. The cameras wifi feature works as its on hotspot so to speak. Therefore, youll have to disconnect from normal wifi in order to utilize your phone as a remote for recording. I didnt think this was a big deal however, when youre utilizing this function the camera screen doesnt work. Instead the camera will display a blue screen with a message stating youre connected to WiFi until you disconnect from wifi. You can see yourself on your phone while recording. Also to use this feature youll need to download an app to operate it. It does not work any other way. Because the camera is set up this way, it completely defeats the purpose of having a flip screen for recording. The top button on the right says its for zoom feature however it is not. Apparently its there for show as it does not move at all and the instruction manual doesnt mention it at all. It is not compatible with a lapel mic. Not even with an adapter. The lens is comes with is pretty cheap. The image stabilization is non-existent. Over all summary: I wouldnt buy this camera for my kid or an elderly person. I understand the concept of you get what you pay for. However, sometimes you can actually find gems that are cheap And with such great reviews I thought this may be one, not so much. Also, the You Tube reviews on this camera are about as good as mine.
