I have another Canon, the PowerShot A630 that I really like. Its was bigger to just put in my pocket so I wanted to go smaller. Im very happy with ELPH 180, a newer ELPH 170. Ive used it to take stills as well as video and quite impressed with both. The pictures are very clean and clear. Im also impressed with the battery life even when using the video. I know Ill be very happy with this, not only because its a Canon but also because its small. Id definitely recommend this to others.

I have had many digital point and shoot cameras over the past 15 years, many have come and gone, some good, some were positively a bad choice. However this camera is one of the best I have used in all my experience. Easy to use, very intuitive, you really dont need the instructions. All included accessories (battery, charger, strap, case, etc) make it easy to start taking photos pronto. Note that youll have to get a memory card though, but that is easy. The extensive menu choices are easy to maneuver and are aplenty. LCD screen is large and clear, buttons are placed judiciously so taking photos is a snap. In the end there is no downside as far as Im concerned, this is a great camera. Thank you Canon and thank you TheImagingWorld for such a great product.

Bought this as an upgrade to an older Canon we have. Works well just like the hold one. My only complaint is a takes a long time inbetween photos to be able to take another. So when holding a pose it takes forever to take multiple pics.

This is a smart bundle. The camera is tiny but powerful, and it comes with everything you need - cleaning supplies, SD card, card wallet, card reader to easily transfer pics to your computer, a tiny tripod, battery charger, case... We bought it for our office to assist with documentation of events and for our newsletter. Was ready to go within an hour of opening it and worked like a charm. Reasonably priced and good bundle.

I have used cameras for over 60 years. This is the poorest camera I have ever used for indoor use. It is almost impossible to produce a clear photo inside when one has to use the flash. The response from the camera is delayed in low light situations and unless one rests the camera firmly on a flat surface and the subjects are well lit the results are fuzzy. I purchased this camera to capture birthday and holiday photos and out of a dozen indoor shots, only one is clear.

This is coming from someone who is challenged using her phone camera. The point and click feature works beautifully, or focusing manually results in quick, beautiful photos, even close up. I needed this camera for my work and it fits the job perfectly. No fussing around with focusing, and downloading the photos is a snap! The camera came with everything I needed and then some. I would highly recommend this for someone just starting out with photography, or for those of us that need to include photos in a work report. Very satisfied!

This camera is all as advertised plus much more. Downloaded operating manual and was surprised such a small device can do so many things. I dont know if I will ever use everything it can do but is nice to know it can be done. Pictures are very good. Camera is easy to use and set up is simple. I just wish I could remember everything in the 111 page manual. I put in a 32gig card and use it as a dash cam also. Very happy with camera and free shipping was a plus.

This replaced a now dead early Canon point&shoot that I liked for its simplicity & ease of use. This one, while capable of much more than the old one, is also simple to operate, even for a decrepit & digitally/electronically challenged individual such as myself. All I do are snaps, and this product accomplishes that to a "T".

This package provided all that I would need to be able to use my camera in the most effective way. Each of the items compliments the other and is a great starter kit. At some point Im sure that I will change to a more professional style camera, but this is great for my needs at the moment. Everything arrived in great condition and a day earlier than I had expected. The only item I replaced was the SD card. For my plans, going for the 64 GB was the only way to go. That just means I have a 32 GB back-up ready to use. This is a great camera choice.

I like the overall feel of my camera and the portability. Even though people may think if I have an iPhone why the camera, many reason first one that comes to mind is my images on the iPhone sometimes are fuzzy because my hands move perhaps, but with my camera, pictures are clear not fuzzy perhaps the way it fits in my hands, I just like it, don’t seem to have resolution issues when trying to order prints either, big plus!
