Another winner from Sigma for the Sony E-mount cameras (APS-C). It is practically the equivalent of an FF 85mm lens. It can be used for general purposes and even better for portraiture. Its sharp across the frame with very good AF performance (disclaimer: using this with ether A6400)

I USE THIS LENS ON MY AR7II IN (auto) CROP MODE. THE PICTURE QUALITY IS AS GOOD AS MY THREE ZEISS BATIS LENS. FOCUSING IS QUICK, SILENT AND ACCURATE. THIS LENS IS SUPER SMALL,LIGHT WEIGHT AND LOW PRICED. I LOVE THIS LENS; BUYING THIS LENS FOR PORTRAIT WORK IS A NO-BRAINER.

This lens is my go-to lens for portraiture on Sony APS-C cameras (a6000, a6300, a6500, a6400). It is incredibly sharp and focuses quickly. It fares well when I put it head to head with my Zeiss 55 1/8 lens, which cost double as much. I tried using the lens on my A7III (full frame) and there is noticeable vignetting and distortion on the edges, so I dont recommend trying to use this lens on full frame cameras unless youll be using it exclusively in crop mode.
