The INSTAX WIDE 400 instant camera, a reimagined WIDE format instant camera that lets you explore all things wide.
Featuring Automatic exposure and Flash control, the INSTAX WIDE 400 instant camera takes high-quality images, while you focus on filling the wide frame to perfection.
With the INSTAX WIDE 400 instant camera’s iconic analog-style Self-timer lever, the whole group can fit in the shot. By rotating the dial, you can set two second increments of up to ten seconds, press the shutter button and pose until the magic happens (with the LED countdown, it’s easy to keep track of the time).
To get that perfect angle, the INSTAX WIDE 400 instant camera comes with a Camera angle adjustment accessory. With its two height options you can pick the angle you want, slide the Camera angle adjustment accessory under the camera into the custom-fit space, set the Self-timer and step back into the frame.
Rotate the lens dial to seamlessly turn the camera on and off and switch between Focus Modes. Normal Mode is your go-to for those everyday must-haves, Landscape Mode is perfect for beautiful landscape shots, and close-ups are easy to take with the included Close-up lens, putting you right in the heart of the action.
Shooting wide shots should be easy! That’s why the INSTAX WIDE 400 instant camera has two easy-to-use framing guides. Look through the viewfinder and you’ll see one for normal and landscape shots, and one for close-up images, both designed to help you compose your image.

Obsessed
I just love this camera. A lot of people hate on it for the lack of functionality, but for my uses, it's perfect. I just want to take a quick pause during special moments to snap a photo. I don't want the moment to turn into exposure triangle calculation and other photography technicalities. Since I can't sit there and mess around with exposure compensation and shutter speed etc. I just take the photo and get back to the moment. Yes you'll get some some bad photos that could have been good had you had more controls, but it's not a huge drawback for me. I end up liking a lot of the "bad" photos. In our world of everything being so polished and perfect, they emanate character and charm. I get tons of use out of the timer. I even love how comically huge this camera is. People are always interested when I bust it out. I have captured many beautiful moments and adventures with this camera and am looking forward to many more.

Pretty but ok
I was really excited to try this from influenster but the quality of the photo isn’t that great. The camera itself is a beautiful sage green but the photos are blurry on either setting. I’ll play with it more to see if they come out clearer but it’s okay.

I’ve owned 2 and both had issues
This camera captures great quality however the battery compartment always seems to have an issue. There is a blinking error code that occurs when i close the camera and open it which doesn’t allow it to function. Researching the code I’ve found that the camera is having issues with the batteries. I adjust them, the camera works, rinse and repeat every time I go without using the camera more than an hour later. I have used other brands of batteries, replaced the film packs, stored the camera in safe conditioned spaces between uses and the same thing repeats over and over. I assumed this was a faulty camera and returned it and purchased another. The second one has the same issue and has now gone through about 3 film packs and 12 sets of batteries (battery plus brand, Duracell, and energizer). The error code still appears. It’s embarrassing to have to mess with the batteries in front of my friends and family just to hope this error goes away or doesn’t worsen. Quality of the photos is a 5, quality of the camera is a 0. This is the first Polaroid/instax camera in my collection of cameras that has disappointed me to this degree. I will also be reaching out to support directly.

Great Camera but very bulky
I love the large photos it produces. There are no options to adjust settings to get better photos so I’ve figured this out after 40 photos: Outdoor photos, you take the photo w the sun on your side or in front of you. Best time for outdoor photos w this camera is during or after sun rise or before sunset. Photos in high sun look washed out. Indoor photos need a lot of lights or it will be too dark. I’m very excited about this camera. Every time I use it in public someone comments on it, mainly about how huge it is lol I almost wish I got the instax wide printer, at least I can control the amount of wasted photos with that printer. But this camera is nostalgic and I love not knowing what the photo will look like.

Beautiful sage colors
PERFECT instax camera !! Love the wide frame and beautiful sage color. It is so easy to use. The battery life lasts a long time and the quality of the photos is amazing ! The dials on the camera are easy to work with and easy to adjust to the lighting. Love the results of the photos !

Large polaroids and an easy learning curve with added unique features
I already have the Instax Mini 40 which is a manual camera so this was fun to compare it to. I also don't have a wide Polaroid so I was excited to try it out in comparison to the minis. I was gracious to receive two packs of film so I took a bunch of pictures and have posted a few that are now staples on my fridge. You have to mess around with the lighting since it's an automatic camera, I definitely had some "flukes" that I tossed. One key is to make sure you aren't FACING a window while taking it, rather have your back to the window. Indoor with overhead lighting needs to be bright in order to capture a coherent image so darker lit rooms may give you some difficulty. It comes with a 2 level stand which can be attached to the camera if need be and has 2 separate square pieces to prop the camera on. The selfie lens is really nice, though I do not have it pictured, it allows you to take up close shots with a mirror so you can see if you're truly capturing yourself. There is a self timer that can be set in increments of 2 seconds up to 10. Once you roll this timer you still get time to click the shutter button. It won't just start counting down sporadically which is a really nice feature. Overall I'm definitely adding this to my Instax collection as it features many things my Mini 40 doesn't. It's nice to switch things up.

Perfect for all events.
Got this one for my wife before our trip to Paris. Very lightweight and packable, convenient and come with all the accessories that we need. This camera is perfect for for our trip for capturing instant photo in precious moment during our trip. The camera is very user-friendly, even my 5 years old son know how to use it. Highly recommended this camera to everyone.

Very cute and easy to use!
This camera is beautiful and very easy to use! It comes with a shoulder strap. The photos are more rectangular than the original Polaroid pictures but they are very cute! It takes 4 AA batteries and it comes with them. It is very durable. I highly recommend this! I will be getting a second one.

The best camera ever
I recently got the Instac wide 400, and I’m loving it! The image quality is sharp, with vibrant colors and great contrast. It’s super easy to use, even for quick, on-the-go shots, and the auto-focus works like a charm. Plus, the camera’s compact size makes it really convenient to carry around. Overall, it’s been a fantastic addition to my gear, especially for capturing memories in a fun, effortless way. It has good durability of the battery so I can use it large periods of time, I love it !
