The light ring is excellent. Good overall lighting and lighting control. Easy to use with a little familiarization. The stand is cheap but for the price, I am more interested in the light and its features. Already purchased a quality tripod with far more features that is stonger. This light just begs for a rechargeable power supply. A 12v converter works but a constant 12v power supply is still required. A power supply option at an additional fee would be great accessory +++++
