I purchased this last week and anxiously waited on its arrival. I received it Friday evening. I initially fell in love with it. It seemed like a perfect alternative to the more expensive ring lights. I pulled it out of its package, mounted it on my tripod, plugged it in and watched in amazement at how much light power it gave off. It really was perfect... Then, after a solid 5 mins...... the light went out on its own... I unplugged and replugged several times, even used a different outlet in case the one I was using was faulty but nope, still nothing... I turned it off and on multiple times, even played with the wires a little in case they might have been loose but still nothing... It went ON on its own on Saturday but then quickly turned off again. Im very disappointed. Needless to say, Ill be returning this item. FYI: I read through the comments and seen that this seems to happen to most of them. That sucks! Neewer, please find a solution to this problem otherwise, stop selling faulty products to customers and wasting their time.

Its disgusting to know that you spend so much money on things like this and then it ends up not working. I watched so many reviews and everyone was like it works, its perfect then I got it, waited a long time for it also. Finally, put it on, and it came on for 2 seconds then never came back on again. I dont know what happened to it, I buy things on Amazon all the time and everything works but this light isnt even coming on. I dont think anyone should buy this light, it just seems like its all put on. Im so upset because I​ wanted it to work so much for my Youtube videos.

Dont buy it. Its waste of money. Its junk. I like this light in the beginning how bright it is. Now evertime I turn it on it doesnt come on right away. I have to wait few minutes for it to turn on. Sometimes it doesnt come on at all. Its not working for me. Id like return it back and get a different one. I do lash extensions and microblading and I rely on this lamp but its giving me problem everytime I turn it on. I even bought a new bulb for it cost me almost 40 dollars still doesnt work. Junk

It looks like it should come with the light cover (diffuser, I believe it’s called) and the instructions it arrives with also says it should but it doesn’t. I had to purchase one separately otherwise the light is too harsh. There is no dimming option. It’s full blast or nothing. Also, it doesn’t turn on every time. Most of the time; yes, but 1 out of 10 attempts it just stays off. The quality is also a bit rinkety. I do have to give credit with the careful packaging.

I ordered this ring light for my girlfriend. A month and a half later it just stopped working. We just passed the 30 day exchange and now I have to order her a new one. I will just invest in another. It may be $200 more than this one but at least it wont just stop working right after the return/exchange policy ends. Replacing the bulb will not work. This just sucks!

Just save up and buy a good ring light. With this one its about luck for it to arrive in one WORKING piece. It will either come with a broken bulb or will stop working. Mines came broken so I ordered a light bulb and it ALSO CAME BROKEN. Im going to just get a refund.

Im not sure how to get in contact. But unopened my package last week. I isedi Mother item for two pictures and a went to turn the light on for a 3 rd time and the light did not turn on. I have a salon, and used it for a few hours and it seemed as if the light blew out. Not sure what the problem is . I would like my money back or please send me a new one and I can ship this one back
