Neewer 18 inches Collapsible Photography Video Light Softbox Diffuser for 75W(600W Equivalent) Ring Fluorescent Light Flash Light

Sooo dissapointed. Just bought a Neewer ring light and was exited for the diffuser. Took it out of the box, and this is what I see. The Velcro pads are Literally HANGING ON BY A THREAD and the other ones aren’t even attached. The elastic is fraying and falling apart. HORRIBLE product. Will never recommend Neewer to anyone if this is the type of products they put out.

Bought this along with the Neewer 18 inch ring light. It does not fit. I can get it about 3/4 of the way yet even that is applying a good amount of force.

Maybe I was sent the rwong item, but I ordered the diffuser for the 18 inch Neewer ring light. It ripped while I was trying to put it on, and the one I was sent is MAYBE made for a 12 inch light. No way this could fit 18 inches. What a waste of money... It has a spot where there is no seam, so pretty much as soon as I pulled to wrap around the light it ripped in half with very minimal effort. Hope Amazon will give me my money back for this trash...

This product arrived over 2 months ago, but I haven’t needed it until now. I finally open it and it’s NOT 18 inches. It’s more around 10 inches and does not fit my ring light. I am outside of the return date window so will have to keep it, but total $ wasted.
